Our founder, Nic Woodthorpe-Wright PCC is one of the leading coaching pioneers in the region, and he set up the company when corporate coaching was almost unheard of. He had been enjoying a successful senior career with a global company when he was offered a major promotion.
But Nic’s outlook had changed because he had spent several years enthused by the new concept of coaching. Confused by his options, he was weighing up the benefits of staying with his employer versus striking out on his own when his wife asked him the perfect coaching question. That moment changed his life, creating such a deep sense of knowing and clarity in him that the answer was unshakeable.
WWA was born. Nic became a top authority on leadership coaching, trained in numerous effective coaching models and ultimately won coveted credentials from coaching’s top governing body, the International Coach Federation (ICF), becoming a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
WWA Corporate Coaching has since grown from a small company into the largest coaching provider in the Middle East, offering the expertise of over 40 executive and leadership coaches who work with passion, energy and tenacity to help you, our clients.
