Role Description for Associate Network Manager
WWA Corporate Coaching is the largest and most established coaching company in the Middle East. We are based in Dubai and serve the growing GCC and North Africa market. Job Summary
This role will is an integral part of the WWA team and is responsible for developing and managing our associate coach network coupled with upholding standards and procedures to assist WWA meet the demands of it’s growing client base of well known multi-national companies. This role also requires flexibility and adaptability in serving the changing needs of our business in a dynamic industry.

The role will include the following;
- Work with the MD and Project Managers to facilitate the selection /recruitment of new associate coaches.
- Develop associate coaches recruitment strategy. This may include networking, research and campaign planning.
- Management and implementation of WWA standards and systems for use with all associate coaches.
- Build and perform associate coach assessment and benchmarking processes inline with top global standards and WWA’s current global alliances.
- Identify future associate coach needs and proactively recruit /select and/or develop in a timely fashion.
- Design and management of processes, information and delivery of full and effective on boarding of new and existing associate coaches.
- Management of associate base, acting as key contact point within WWA for building strong mutually beneficial working relationships with all external service providers.
- Research the coaching marketplace and keep up to date with global standards, trends, ways of working and tools with a view to constantly update and upgrade the way WWA and it’s associates operate.
- Assist in creation of WWA product development inline with our core business focus.
- Interface with our Project Managers and other WWA colleagues to ensure smooth management of associates and appropriate handover.
- Creation and management of regular WWA events used to promote our expertise and brand as well as involvement in other marketing projects.
- Use and keep up-to-date our internal CRM system with relevant associate and project information.
- Management of our relevant global strategic alliances.
Critical to your selection are:
- Must have a passion for coaching and/or development along with service to others.
- Must be a creative problem solver that is curious about the world.
Preference will be given to individuals who also possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Be driven by their own internal passion and be able to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Certification in a recognised International Coach Federation (ICF) program.
- 5+ years experience in people development/talent/resource management in a recognised organisation.
- Located and working in Middle East for 3+ years.
- Experience in designing and managing systems and processes.
- Ability to speak fluent English. (Arabic is a bonus)
- High level of ability in written English.
- Strong computer skills in standard MS Office software, social media and online systems.
