We do this and counter any risk or concerns by selecting only the best executive coaches in the Middle East region – and then put them through a rigorous selection process. Each one is fully trained, certified, experienced and has extensive skills and tools to deliver transformational results for your business and its leaders.

Because our coaches are members of the International Coach Federation, the largest and most global governing body in the coaching industry, they operate at the highest standards worldwide. Many are members of other established governing bodies, which also hold them to ethical practices and established standards within the industry.

To help you understand the steps we take to select only the best executive coaches for you, these are the key stages of our coach selection process:

  • Stage 1 – Coach engagement. Initial interview and exploration meeting.
  • Stage 2 – Coaching simulation. The candidate is put through a coaching simulation with a senior WWA executive coach.
  • Stage 3 – Cross-referencing. We check experience and impact with previous clients.
  • Stage 4 – Engaging the coach. Coaching and assessments certification requested.
  • Stage 5 – Induction. We align the executive coach with WWA approach and standards.
