Virtual Group Coaching Sessions
Designed for a group of people who have similar challenges but are not directly dependent on each other for the outcome. E.g. Managers or leaders all facing stressful situations.
What is Group Coaching:
When we talk about groups, we refer to people who come together with a common interest -as leaders and employees of a company- but do not always have the same goal in mind.
Every participant has their own set of goals that they hope to achieve. The coach’s job is to hold the agenda in place (called the “topic”) so that every member of the group can contribute.
Key-concept:
- A cost-effective and efficient way to reach a number of professionals at the same time.
- Learning retention and application of learning.
- Sessions focus on goal setting, accountability, and action.
- Coach holds the agenda (pre-defined topic according to actual needs) and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidentiality. Prompts open discussions and shared reflections and learnings. Facilitates the coaching where participants are stuck, articulates what’s going on and finds commonalities and differences to build up on them.
Benefits of Group Coaching:
For participants:
- Experiencing each other being coached
- Sharing observations and offering challenges
- Holding each other accountable for action
For the company:
- Building on strengths and best practices
- Breaking silos & cultural boundaries
- Reinforcing accountability
- Normalizing challenges and changing mindset
Identified Topics (examples)
- Leading in difficult times

Structure of each Group Coaching

- The coaching comprises of setting principles, experience through exercise, debrief, harvest the learning, set action plans, setting individual accountabilities (take-aways and action plans). Creating structures to support new action plan.
