Webinar Forums
Webinar forums are designed for large numbers of people that wish to address certain topics with a group of certified, expert coaches.

Structure of the process
The structure of the process is adaptable but we recommend the following elements:
- Online (GoToWebinar, Zoom, etc)
- Communication will be in a webinar format with interaction between teams and attendees, managed through the chat, questions, or options for specific verbal interaction
- A panel of expert coaches (2-3 coaches plus a moderator) would be present on the call providing multiple perspectives on the selected topic and allowing for a highly engaging conversation
- Duration of each session to be 60-90 minutes
- Number of participants per group to be at least 40 people
- Topics: relevant to the current situation (resilience, motivation, engagement, uncertainty, WFH, …)
- Advised number of sessions: One per group of employees. If the need arises, another topic ad hoc can be created
- A recording of the event would be made available to the organization for further use across their business

Investment per session:
- 1 session will be conducted by multiple Senior WWA ICF Certified Coaches+ 1 moderator
- Sessions will consist of 60-90 minutes
